NORTH AMERICAN UNION & VCHIP TRUTH

after viewing the video above i’ve got to say that my opinions on the government are now far worse than before. I know that many will watch this and say, people will believe anything if you make it sound like this huge conspiracy. The video might be a little exagerated (although i don’t believe so) on some parts and the music and visual effects might contribute to the persuasion the maker of the video is tryin to get across, but you’ve got to admit that a lot of what is mentioned in this video is true. One of the news stations which I support strongly for their accuracy and availabilty to the current news is CNN. it just so happens that they have covered the issue on the agreement to form the North American Union signed by George Bush in 2005 without the consent of congress. It hit me hard to think that only few have heard of an issue that should be on the front cover of every major newspaper. the part of the video that says that government controls the media got me thinking. I had the same discussion with a few friends which led to certain conclusions. I’ll skip most of what we talked about since this discussion went on for a couple hours.

We agreed on the fact that the american society is indeed controlled by the media, it’s government is corrupt but has found a way to keep the people unaware of it, education here sucks, there is no actual war on terror, and if they were to start a one world government, America would probably be it’s number one promoter.

Many people as they watch this will be steaming by now or grinding their teeth but I’m sorry to say that truth hurts. We can see how todays society is easily influenced by the music and television. as you walk down the street you’ll notice our generation (meaning those around the age of 15 to 25) wearing clothes that resemble that of their favorite artists or celebrities. they try to reach society’s standards for them (the way media depicts teens to act in order to be “cool”) and therefore filling the clubs with younger and younger kids, getting more to drink and possibly drive at the same time, having them join gangs (apperently its cool in the hip hop world), smoking weed (honestly i don’t know one teen movie that doesn’t promote this), and ofcourse having sex at a very young age.

Now with this foundation of media being society’s guide we can easily see how the government would be smart enough to take advantage of it. In come the rappers talking about how we should support the war on terror, the movies with muslim dudes trying to take over and killing everything in their path, and even movies about how we’re destroying the world with global warming (which is another issue i am strongly against… my reasons will be given in a soon to come post). unfortunatly people buy into all this crap without doing their own research. those that swear they have still don’t know anything about the subject because they obviously haven’t looked into the other sides debate. just like me there are those that go against popular belief but they are quickly criticized and shut down, resulting in the loss of air time. In other words, the media won’t give them a chance to have their voices heard.

the whole thing about education here being bad can be proven by simply asking a transfer student to tell you where he/she feels their classes have been easier. they will usually tell you her (u.s.). when i speak about asking a transfer student i mean those that have come from highly developed countries as well. What my friends and i concluded about education and government might be completly wrong but it doesn’t hurt to question. We think perhaps our government is trying to keep the education at a low level so that students don’t find ways to challenge themselves or thier surroundings.

Have you ever noticed that things seem to work for you the way they should but at the wrong times? I’ve noticed this with couples. When your single all you see in the streets are couples holding hands, kissing in the movie theaters, taking pictures in a photo booth, eating out together…. That all changes the moment you’re with someone though. All of a sudden theres a swarm of guys (or girls…. which ever your preference) that are single and interested. Sometimes I’ve wondered if it’s a way that life tries to prove your love with the person your with.

Love… Now that’s a word that’s been slowly and painfully dieing in today’s society. It’s a word that by many,  has been thrown around, steped on, spat on, and even used to wipe a few asses with. Paying close atention to “Mother Culture” (Ishmael by Daniel Quiin) you’ll notice how its constantly being corrupted by the media. The lyrics of todays top “love songs” speak about young ladies giving it all up (sexually) to the men who can buy them all that their little hearts desire. The song I’m in love with a stripper is another example. this song gives the misinterpretation of love as the lust or excitement a guy feels when they see a stripper “grindin on dat pole”. The sad part about all this is that the music leads you to believe that these two characters are actually in love.

Because of this deterioration of the meaning of love, you hear couples that just barely started going out saying to each other “I love you baby!”. However, with experience people realize that they don’t even truly know the person they are with until after some time of being together. It is impossible to truly love every aspect of a person within such short time. When people are trying to get with one another, they sometimes go to extreme limits to spice up their image. Mostly the guys will fill every conversation with white lies, and false past experiences to make themselves seem more interesting, while girls will usually pretend to be innocent and down to earth.

In reality, most men just try to impress girls and keep them blinded in every way possible from whats really up their sleeves. Most girls, on the other hand, are gullible and easily influenced by a guy who seems to have a lot to offer, whether it be love or material. Jewelers have even come up with commercials to portray diamonds as the ultimate symbol of a man’s love for a woman. Materialism such as this is even marketed to younger and younger ages.

Young couples even fuel the mainstream radio stations with dedications of false love songs and shout outs to their boo. It only gets worse during Valentines Day as a stuffed bear and a box of chocolates can lead to immature acts of sexuality. With such “great” efforts to show love, virginity among kids is usually lost during the years of middle school.

Personally, I think the media is to blame. The powerful combination of radio and television has marketed sappy love based material that any inexperienced lover can enjoy. Any seasoned relationship veteran knows to use the word love sparingly, as it can stir up emotions and egos when not used carefully. Its perfectly fine to like somebody or simply be infatuated, but just make sure that you know that you are being true to yourself and your feelings. To end this with a quote as best said by KRS One, love is a very serious thing; alot of people believe that the word love is  real soft , but when you use that word in your vocabulary like you’re addicted to it, it sneaks right up and takes you out.
